All our staff are fully qualified with relevant childcare qualifications (minimum Level 3 in Children's Care) and undergo regular training. They receive ongoing professional development, specialized trauma-informed care training, and maintain up-to-date safeguarding certifications.

We facilitate regular family contact in line with care plans and local authority guidelines. This includes supervised visits, phone calls, and video chats when appropriate. Our staff work to maintain positive relationships with families while ensuring the child's wellbeing remains the priority.

We provide specialized support tailored to each child's needs, working with healthcare professionals, therapists, and educational specialists. Our homes are adapted as required, and staff receive specific training to support children with various physical, emotional, or behavioral needs.

Our independence program starts early, teaching age-appropriate life skills from budgeting to cooking. As young people approach transition age, we provide dedicated support with education, employment, and housing options, ensuring they have the skills and confidence for independent living.
